Graduation Etiquette and District Policies
All èßäÊÓÆµ must wear a Cap and Gown – Cap decorations must be èßäÊÓÆµ appropriate…do not put the decision in the admin’s hands.
This is a formal occasion – wear clothes under a gown – dress as well as possible...you are celebrating!

Parking Structure 3 (PS3 on campus maps)

Portland OR 97207Parking Structure 3 (PS3) offers 1,100 parking spaces to Viking Pavilion guests. There is a 6' 6" clearance at PS3. Additional parking lots/garages can be found throughout the PSU campus using . PSU cannot guarantee parking availability. Availability is first-come, first-served.
For parking rates, visit PSU's . Payment is required at all times. Note your license plate and pay at a pay station.
Directions to PS3 via I-5:
From I-5 South — Exit left to merge onto I-405 (toward US-26 Beaverton) to Exit 1D. See below.
From I-5 North — Follow I-5 through downtown, then merge onto I-405 and exit left at 299B toward US-26 West City Center. Take Exit 1D.From Exit 1D:
Take Exit 1D to SW 12th Ave (keep RIGHT to enter SW 12th Ave)
Continue one block on SW 12th Ave
Entrance to PS3 is from the left lane.

Parking Info / What to or not to bring to the Viking Pavilion
Items considered a hazard to attendees or staff are not allowed: alcoholic beverages (excluding approved catering or concessions), illegal drugs, weapons including knives, guns, drones (per FAA rules), glass bottle or metal cans, airhorns, whistles, other similar noisemakers, confetti or glitter or similar, large posters or signs, signs or flags on poles, wrapped gifts at events with bag check, pyrotechnics of any kind, outside food and beverages and other generally prohibited hazardous substances.
*** No self-rising or helium-filled balloons (or floating decorations) are allowed in the Viking Pavilion. ***
