Anyone interested in trying out for the 2025-2026 Franklin Cheer team is invited to the information meeting this Friday, 04/25/25 at lunch in the main gym. You can meet the Coach, get tryout information, ask questions, and pick up your tryout packet!
Tryout schedule:
Current 8th graders - May 12, 13, 14: 6-730pm & May 15: 630-9pm
Current 9th-11th graders - May 12, 13, 14: 730-9pm & May 15: 630-9pm
This is our only tryout for the year. -

Start of Fall practice: Monday August 18, 9:00 - 9:45 AM meeting, then on the field from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM.

We're gearing up for another exciting season of Franklin Volleyball!
Preseason Skills Gyms
Skills gyms will be held throughout May, June, July, and early August to help athletes prepare for tryouts. These sessions are a great way to get reps in, build confidence, and connect with future teammates.For specific dates and times, please join our Stack Team App or email Coach Tess.

PIL Athletic Mission
The mission of our High School Athletics is to promote participation and sportsmanship through a competitive interscholastic athletic program.
Every athlete is provided with opportunities, positive recognition, and learning experiences that support and maximize the academic goals of our High School.
Athletics utilizes experiences that are inherently educational to foster lifelong lessons such as teamwork and self-discipline, while facilitating the physical and emotional development of our student athletes.

Athletic Fee

The cost is $200 per sport per student. There is a $800 cap per family.
For èßäÊÓÆµ on the Federal Free/Reduced Lunch program, the athletic fee is $35 per sport.

The mission of the Franklin Athletic Boosters is to provide positive support to the sanctioned FHS and Franklin cluster youth athletic teams through community building, fundraising support, engaging alumni participation and raising the profile of all Franklin HS and youth athletic teams.
