CTP

  • The Community Transition Program (CTP) serves èßäÊÓƵ who have an Individualized Education Program (IEP), and completed at least 4 years of high èßäÊÓƵ to obtain one of the following:

    -modified diploma
    -extended diploma
    -certificate of attendance

    The purpose of the program is to support young adults in their transition to life after high èßäÊÓƵ.  Our key focus is to help èßäÊÓƵ achieve the greatest degree of independence and quality of life with an emphasis on linking èßäÊÓƵ to appropriate community and adult services. Our èßäÊÓƵ learn valuable self-advocacy skills and form meaningful relationships.
