We serve young adults, ages 18-21 who have an Individualized Education Plan and graduated from high èßäÊÓÆµ with a modified diploma, extended diploma, or alternative certificate.
Our mission is to support young adults in their transition to life after high èßäÊÓÆµ. Our key focus is to help èßäÊÓÆµ achieve the greatest degree of independence and quality of life with an emphasis on connecting èßäÊÓÆµ to appropriate community and adult services. Our èßäÊÓÆµ learn valuable self-advocacy skills and form meaningful relationships.
Our Vision is to provide high-quality instruction and activities to prepare èßäÊÓÆµ for life and careers.
