We serve young adults, ages 18-21 who have an Individualized Education Plan and graduated from high èßäÊÓƵ with a modified diploma, extended diploma, or alternative certificate. 

Our mission is to support young adults in their transition to life after high èßäÊÓƵ. Our key focus is to help èßäÊÓƵ achieve the greatest degree of independence and quality of life with an emphasis on connecting èßäÊÓƵ to appropriate community and adult services. Our èßäÊÓƵ learn valuable self-advocacy skills and form meaningful relationships.

Our Vision is to provide high-quality instruction and activities to prepare èßäÊÓƵ for life and careers.
